Welcome to FLEX -   a low-impact, strength, mobility and flexibility class for today's lifestyle. 
This course offers 8 pre-recorded workouts for you to do in the comfort of your own surroundings, each lasting approximately 30 minutes.
Includes progressive mobility, spiky ball and foam roller routines in segments. 

 

If you do not have a foam roller use a towel for your mobility and tennis balls can be used instead of spikey balls.
