Weekly Class Timetable (November 2024):

  Classes are held at:-

    - Indoors  - Newlands Primary School, Dumpton Lane, Ramsgate, CT11 7AJ (access via staff car park)

If joining my classes for the first time please contact me to book in your FREE taster class, by clicking HERE.   Please also complete the online PAR-Q form, IN ADVANCE of the first class by clicking here.

Please bring your water bottle to all classes and ensure you are dressed in comfortable gym attire.  If attending my indoor classes, all equipment is provided, hence advance booking is essential so I know how much equipment to bring on the day.
