Fitness Pilates
Welcome to our weekly Fitness Pilates classes at Newlands Primary School in Ramsgate. Perfect for all fitness levels, our sessions run throughout the year, providing a supportive space to improve your strength, flexibility, and well-being. Enjoy free off-road parking, convenient restroom access, and all the equipment you’ll need for an engaging, uplifting experience.
We keep our classes fresh and dynamic, regularly updating exercises, sequences, and music. Each week, you’ll explore new movements that allow you to work at your own pace, gently challenging yourself with low-impact exercises that are kind to your joints.
In addition to our weekly sessions, we host quarterly special events, including candlelit Pilates with sound bath healing. Our final event of the year, Pilates & Prosecco by Candlelight on 18th December, is an experience you won’t want to miss! Join us to celebrate and recharge in an atmosphere of relaxation and joy.

Fitness Pilates - is a low-impact, group exercise class using the original teachings, principals and exercises of Joseph Pilates, delivered in a modern and functional group exercise session, designed to harmonise the body as a kinetic chain. Fitness Pilates addresses basic postural imbalances, improves back and core strength and enhances mobility and flexibility in a non-intimidating, highly accessible, fun and enjoyable class set to music. It is an all-inclusive programme designed to strengthen weaker areas of the body and is suitable for all levels of fitness.

Pilates Fusion - Experience a low-impact fusion of FLEX mobility and Fitness Pilates strength group exercise class, designed to be both enjoyable and gentle on your body. This upbeat class also integrate self-massage techniques using spikey balls, foam rollers, and balance pods, enhancing your mobility and flexibility while alleviating any discomfort. Join us for a rejuvenating session that leaves you feeling invigorated and pain-free.
Pilates Sculpt Fusion - In this invigorating session, we seamlessly merge elements of FLEX mobility and flexibility with the strength-building techniques of Fitness Pilates, incorporating the use of light weights. This unique combination aims to fortify our bones, muscles, and joints, promoting strength, flexibility, and overall well-being. Adding to the experience, we'll infuse the session with lively, upbeat music to enhance the enjoyment factor.
You'll have the freedom to choose weights, starting as light as half a kilo, catering to your individual preferences. Expect a comprehensive, full-body, low-impact workout that's gentle on the joints and suitable for all skill levels.
