Welcome to Lorraine Mitchell Fitness!
Good health & fitness is vital for our every day way of life. Being able to both achieve and maintain this throughout our life is the challenging part. As a qualified Advanced Personal Trainer I like to tackle this by reaching beyond just fitness training to also incorporate a holistic approach, offering postural analysis, range of motion and functional movement assessment, as well as advanced nutrition, all included as part of my service. I am based in Broadstairs and cover local surrounding areas to either meet you at your home or workplace. Alternatively I can meet you at the local gym where I also work.
I also run weekly kettlebell classes and commencing on Wednesday, 9th September 2015 at 7.00 – 7.55pm, I am starting a new class based at St George’s School, Broadstairs.
Exercise is hard work but enjoyable and very rewarding. Whether it is cardiovascular, using free weights, resistance machines or bodyweight, I can guide you through it all and share my knowledge and experience with you to help inspire you to make fitness part of your daily life too.
