So you're loving Kettlebells so much that you have now requested some homework. I'm loving the enthusiasm. So, here's the 15-minute kettlebell blast challenge for you to do at home. Who's in?

One minute for each exercise. Challenge one is to complete all 15 exercise back to back in 15 minutes. Challenge two... wait for it..... who's going to achieve the most number of repetitions in 15 minutes????
