KETTLERCISE® Combat-MX combines the best of Kettlercise® and blends it with combat inspired moves from the world of martial arts. Weekly classes commencing on Wed, 19th Oct at 7pm, being held at Dame Janet Primary Academy, Newington Rd, Ramsgate, CT12 6QY in the Lower Hall. Kettlebells provided and all fitness levels welcome.
