Broadstairs Wellness Festival Triumphs

Despite the heavy downpour on the bank holiday Monday, the weather failed to dampen our spirits as the local community rallied to support the Broadstairs Wellness Festival.

I was fortunate to present my class display on Sunday amidst glorious weather, offering a mix of FLEX, Kettlebells and Fitness Pilates.
