I am thrilled to share our next quarterly Pilates special event! This session will be illuminated by candlelight and feature a live acoustic performance from the internationally acclaimed award-winning harpist, Tomos Xerri. Tomos will enchant us with his unique arrangements of piano music by composers like Ludovico Einaudi and his own compositions, creating a serene atmosphere perfect for our Pilates evening.
While Tomos performs, I will guide you through gentle movements designed to rejuvenate and nurture your mind, body, and soul. The soothing strings of the live harp will enhance your relaxation, elevating the entire experience.
Additionally, you'll enjoy a selection of wellness delights and refreshments, providing nourishment for your mind, body, and soul. During the break, mingle with fellow guests and then unwind once more to the calming sounds of Tomos Xerri's harp.
