Elevate Your Wellness: Book a Fitness Class

Throughout the Morning Wellness Fair, Bex and I will be leading four 30-minute group fitness masterclasses, introducing new styles that I’ll be incorporating into my classes the following week. All the classes are low-impact and gentle on the joints, offering a full-body experience to promote self-care and well-being.

Here’s a quick overview of the morning classes (20th October):


* Pilates Sculpt Fusion – blends mobility and flexibility exercises with strength-building techniques from Fitness Pilates. Using light weights (1-2kg), you’ll work to strengthen bones, muscles, and joints and boost overall well-being.


* Chi Ball Equilibrium – a calming blend of Tai Chi, Chi Kung, and Yoga, this session is designed to awaken your body and balance your mind.


* Fitness Pilates with Resistance Bands – using the principles of Joseph Pilates, this functional session uses long resistance bands to help correct postural imbalances, strengthen back and core, and enhance mobility/flexibility.


* Yin Yang Yoga Fusion – Combining two styles of yoga, this class balances passive, held poses with dynamic sequences and standing postures, giving you the best of both worlds.


You can either pay as you go (£5 per class) or purchase a discounted morning pass for £15, which gives you access to all masterclasses and a complimentary resistance band. Click on the image to book your class!
