Fitness Pilates - New 6-week programme preview
Join us this evening (Wednesday) as we kick off another exciting 6-week Fitness Pilates programme.
It's the perfect opportunity to join our session at 6:45 pm, located at Newland Primary School, Dumpton Lane, Ramsgate. Ample of free parking, gates open at 6.30pm.
Experience a fresh programme with new music, and for those interested, we're introducing balance pods as well. All equipment will be provided, so just come dressed comfortably, bring your water bottle, and your enthusiasm!
