This is an ideal opportunity for complete beginners to explore Fitness Pilates with light dumbbells and enjoy the added benefits of stimulating tools like balance pods and spikey balls for a rejuvenating self-massage.

Ample free off-road parking and toilet facilities and mats will be provided. Plus, after the class, you’re welcome to join us at Roosty's cafe for a drink and a chat.
