Fitness Retreat Here We Come

Getting really excited now to welcome a lovely group of ladies to my first Fitness Retreat.

Taking place in the beautiful Cotswolds, UK, 13/16 Oct '23. All ours for the entire long weekend.

* Rowing boat

* Finnish hot tub

* Paddle boards

and not forgetting the gorgeous lake that I will definitely being having a swim or two in, all awaiting our arrival.
