If you haven’t experienced it yet, you’re in for something special – it's the perfect blend of all my classes in one balanced workout.


We’ll kick things off with 20 minutes of standing flexibility moves, transition into 20 minutes of strength and conditioning with weights, and finish strong with 20 minutes of Pilates matwork.


Plus, this week we're introducing long resistance bands to elevate the experience, while keeping our favorite spikey balls for that amazing self-massage.
