Join us for a 45-minute strength and resistance workout that requires no prior fitness experience. Lift Lean Dumbbells is perfect for all fitness levels and age groups, ensuring everyone can participate and benefit.




Launch Details

Mark your calendars for August. We'll be launching Lift Lean Dumbbells on a Thursday evening with two back-to-back classes:

  • Lift Lean Dumbbells: 6:30 - 7:15pm

  • Fitness Pilates: 7:15 - 8:00pm
