It’s that time again when we refresh and update our workouts to keep things exciting, challenging, and fresh!

The first new programme to be rolled out is for our Tuesday, 6:30pm Lift Lean Kettlebells class


and I’m so excited to introduce it to you next week.


We’ll be bringing in The Sliders — a brand-new Strength and Conditioning workout I have compiled for you, combining kettlebells and sliders for an amazing full-body session.


Expect 2-minute interval rounds with 30 seconds rest in between, giving you a perfect mix of strength, cardio, and conditioning.




I’ll also be incorporating Fitness Pilates into the session for the first time. We'll use Pilates techniques with the kettlebell to stretch and mobilise at the start, and blend Pilates into our floorwork too — creating a fantastic fusion of strength, mobility, flexibility, balance, posture and co-ordination.


As always, the class is designed for all fitness levels and abilities — and I can’t wait for you to try it!
