Kettlebell Autumn '23 Break

Who's up for a Kettlebell long weekend UK break in Autumn '23.

Log cabin is booked, 13/16 oct 2023.

We're off to Gloucestershire, whereby I will undertake a few kettlebell master classes, as well as stretch n relaxation classes, mixing in with a lot of R+R in between to soak up the countryside, swim in the lake or simply dip in the Finnish hot tub!
