After the tremendous success of Lift Lean Kettlebells, I’m excited to introduce Lift Lean Dumbbells.



Join us for a brand-new 30-minute, full body, strength and resistance group fitness session—no experience or co-ordination needed. It's perfect for all ages and fitness levels, and equipment will be provided.


Mark your calendar for the debut of Lift Lean Dumbbells on Thursday, 5 September, from 6.30 - 7.00pm.


Following the dumbbell session, unwind with a 30-minute Pilates Fusion class designed to enhance mobility, flexibility, and relieve those lingering aches and pains. This session, from 7.00 - 7.30pm, will include stimulating balls for self-massage techniques to further ease any discomfort.


Choose to pay as you go for just £6 for both classes, or access all classes with a monthly indoor pass.
