Flex is for EVERYONE. Do you have tight hips? Does your back ache? Are you sitting for long periods during the day?

Come along for a fun, up-beat, mobility and flexibility class for all fitness levels. Each class will be different to show you a variety of movements and how to incorporate the foam rollers and spikey balls. All equipment provided
