After receiving my weekly newsletter on Saturday, I hope you're excited for the upcoming indoor class schedule! Here's the fresh weekly lineup:
Tuesdays - Kettlebells @ 18.30 - offering a full body, tone n sculpt workout to blitz that fat and burn those calories.
Wednesdays - Fitness Pilates @ 18.45 - Fitness Pilates combines traditional Pilates principles with contemporary fitness techniques. Offering a low-impact, dynamic and effective workout that improves strength, flexibility, and overall fitness levels while promoting mind-body awareness and balance.
Thursdays - FLEX & Fitness Pilates Fusion @ 18.45 - new to the weekly schedule - offering a low-impact fusion of Fitness Pilates & FLEX - combining a strength, mobility and flexibility class for today's lifestyle; includes spiky ball, hedgehog pods and foam roller, for connective tissue stimulation. NOTE: this class is included in the Indoor Fitness Pass. Fitness Pilates Pass holders can attend for £5 (ask me for the booking code)
Saturdays - Kettlebells & FLEX @ 09.00 - a fabulous combination of both high and low impact workout. A lovely fusion of 30 minutes full body kettlebell, followed by 30 minutes of FLEX - combining strength, mobility, flexibility, grip strength, balance and co-ordination for all fitness levels.
