Only a few days to go for our upcoming sold out special evening of Candlelit Pilates Serenity on Wednesday, 13th March, from 6:45 to 8:15pm at Newlands Primary School in Ramsgate.
I am meticulously orchestrating all the final details, including additional lighting and the blackout of the doors, while also busy preparing delectable cacao treats for your enjoyment. Additionally, I've curated a delightful selection of caffeine-free herbal teas for you to savour, complemented by soulful sound healing music with some special surprises woven in. Upon arrival, you'll find all the mats already laid out for your convenience. Please remember to bring your cushions and blankets to fashion your own personal oasis.
