New Saturday Fitness Challenge Awaits

The final class to refresh is our fabulous 20 / 20 / 20 on Saturday mornings at 9am.
I’m excited to unveil a fresh workout this week designed to elevate your fitness journey, with some cracking new tunes as well.
We’ll kick off with 20 minutes of standing flexibility training, followed by 20 minutes of strength and conditioning with weights, and wrap up with 20 minutes of Pilates mat work. A fantastic full body combo workout to get you energised.
To mix things up, we'll be introducing the long resistance bands to enhance your experience, while keeping our trusty spikey balls in the routine for added self-massage and stability.
