Lift Lean Kettlebells: 6:30-7:15pm
Fitness Pilates: 7:15-8:00pm
No co-ordination or fitness experience required. Suitable for all ages and fitness levels.
Begin with a 45-minute Lift Lean Kettlebell workout to leave you feeling amazing. Strengthen your joints and muscles, boost your metabolic rate, and enhance your mental cognition for a better night's sleep.
Follow with a 45-minute low-impact Fitness Pilates session to limber up, relax, and further enhance mobility, flexibility, joint health and mood.
