Tuesdays @ 6.30pm: Experience our Kettlebell Intervals 52-minute “Dirty 30” workout!
We’ll be doing three 30-second exercises: targeting lower body, upper body, then a combined full-body move—all in 90 second intervals with 30 seconds of rest. This class has it all - new exercises, fresh sequences, and a warm-up, mobilisation, and cool down to keep you energised.
Thursdays @ 6.30pm: Enjoy a dynamic 30-minute dumbbell workout, choreographed to build strength and endurance, followed by a 30-minute Pilates fusion matwork session to improve flexibility and balance.
Expect fresh music to keep you motivated and routines that keep your body challenged and growing!
