What a Fantastic Launch

Thank you to everyone who joined me for the Lift Lean Dumbbells launch this week, and for your fantastic feedback —I'm so glad you enjoyed the class.

Lift Lean Dumbbells

For those still on the fence, here’s a quick rundown - Lift Lean is a strength and resistance training programme that’s accessible to everyone. You don’t need co-ordination, a high fitness level, or prior experience with resistance equipment—this is the perfect workout for beginners and seasoned fitness enthusiasts alike.

Lift Lean is essential for all ages as it improves bone density, muscular strength, and endurance. It also enhances co-ordination, fitness, and helps burn fat by boosting your metabolic rate. Beyond the physical benefits, it has a powerful impact on mental well-being, releasing endorphins that leave you feeling happier and more energised. The increase in serotonin and dopamine will lift your mood, boost positivity, and elevate your self-esteem after each session. It’s an incredible group exercise programme suitable for everyone.



Whether you're recovering from an injury, returning to fitness, post-baby, navigating mid-life changes, or just looking to strengthen muscles and bones—Lift Lean is the ideal workout for you.


To complement Lift Lean, we also offer a 30-minute Pilates Fusion session right after, combining flexibility and mobility work with stimulating spiky balls, and Fitness Pilates.


The Lift Lean Dumbbells programme is choreographed in 5-minute segments for a full-body workout, covering warm-up, back, legs, shoulders, biceps, triceps, chest, and abs. If you’re familiar with Les Mills Pump classes, you’ll love Lift Lean Dumbbells. Dumbbell weights start from 1kg upwards.


Join me every Thursday from 6.30 to 7.00pm for Lift Lean, followed by Pilates Fusion from 7.00 to 7.30pm — a perfect 1-hour class. PAYG £6 (or £5 for the 7.00pm class). It’s designed to suit both early starters at 6.30pm and those needing a little extra time to arrive for the 7.00pm session.
