When Did You Last Change Your Workout Routine?


Varying your workout routine every 6-8 weeks by changing the exercises can keep things exciting and improve overall motivation. By also varying the exercises you can create a new stimulus, which creates more progress over time; e.g. change of body composition. So never let your body, or your brain, become too familiar with your routine!
